It was a quick week, but the tunes were a-plentiful.
Del Rey – Immemorial
This is some good, straight forward, guitar driven post rock. Every song builds to a fine crescendo, and keeps me interested throughout the LP.
Jakob – S/T ep
This is an oldy but a super goodie. Gattaca is a song that you have to listen to on a good stereo with plenty of bass to really get the full effect.
Dukatalon – Saved by Fear
Here’s some heavy, heavy sludge metal from Israel. They’ve got quite a sound.
Eric Dolphy – Last Date
Basically classic jazz.
