I really wanted to like this. All the descriptions I read of it before I got it made it sound like it was revolutionary, but instead it just comes off as annoying and repetitive. The drummer rocks, the weird voice grates, the solos are okay, but I can get better from other bands that don’t have annoying vocals.

I cannot call this album a bad one. It does things I have never heard an extreme metal album do. It just does not speak to me.
